My name is Clayton Ronald. My passion is baking!
I am a qualified pastry chef and trainer in baking and cake decorating. In my training classes I teach the ‘tricks of the trade’ and promise to make cake decorating your passion. I have made cakes for people all over the country, as well as Zimbabwe. My cakes have flown far and wide, even to Saudi Arabia!
In 2014 I had the great opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with the famous “Cake Boss”, Buddy Velastro at the Good Food & Wine Festival in Johannesburg. Thus I was able to learn from one of the world’s most recognised cake professionals.
My vision is to give my clients the very best product at the very best prices. I want every customer who comes through the doors to leave with a cake that is unique, beautiful and of the highest quality.
I like to think of myself as having 120 years of baking experience, as I was taught from a very young age by my great grandmother, my grandmother as well as my mother.
